@hanghoodiescum Keep trying to find coins so you can buy the dog.
@ganimed1976 I took the Garret Ace 250 to Bleiburg Austria where the Croatian Army surrendered to the British and then got massacred by the Serbs. I could not walk two feet without digging up shells. We were there for ten minutes and I got about 30.
So you could put a toothpick in where the pinpoint hits maximum in each direction and you should have the spot?
Thank You. I’m New, just got my First. An Ace 250. I think I’m hooked. Very good info, good luck.
@Dagrehn Yes. almost exactly like a DD coil. But the DD coil will pinpoint right off the very top of the coil. Take care!
@k8ehud1981 Not really. It’s usually around the same spot.
It was totally useful, I’d imagine this is almost the same technique for a double d coil? Thanks for the video!
doesnt it all depend on your sensitivity though?
Had no luck until I watched this. Thanks.

I will stick to sweeping with my old 30 odd year old C-Scope VLF 770, which marks targets as small as a 5 pence with no problems at all.
Nice one :0) Garrett At Pro is Nr 1. See my Amazing Finding of Bronzeage, its a Tutulus but i got 5 :0)
I think they call it the firefly? Or fire fly? I have seen it and did a little search with no success.
im trying for find the accessories with the led that lights up when you find metal.
@100silverpizza Go get em!!!!!!
salted site
@pixotica Thank you. Now go dig some silver up…..
Thanks for the video, that was a huge help! Well done oncise and to te point. 10 out of 10
@offroadjeepers Thanks! I would say that 80% of your targets will be right under the 12 o’clock position of the inner coil. The more targets recovered per hour the better the finds…
Thanks it help 100% without this video i would still be taking forever and digging pointless holes
Good to know thank you very much
@RQuintero624 That depends on your soil. But in average soil up to 9 plus inches on a coin sized target with the stock coil. Using the 9×12 coil will get you another inch or two. The small 4.5 inch Sniper coil will hit to about 7 inches. Of course it will pick up larger targets much deeper.
How deep can it detect a matal?? thanks
