About To Lose My Job @ Circuit City 3731
This is a video regarding about my job that I’m gonna lose. Due to Circuit City, they couldn’t find a buyer to buy the company. That will lead us to liquidate. This is very sad & depressing for me to hear this news. Although, it’s not confirm by my Managers, but reading the news online says it all. I met so many good people & work with so many good associates. Especially the department that I’m in. „PFT“ which stands for Product Flow Team. How to lose your job in less than a minute.
I was wondering what has happened to all of the Circuit City’s stores? Wal-Mart is putting everyone out of business. Sear is next, along with Macy’s, Dillard’s and other department stores. Department stores are now the thing of the past as Wal-Mart rules in the retail business.
I was warehouse at 3360 in los angeles, then a delivery driver at 0251 in sacramento. I had 13 years with circuit. Oh well Im a stay at home dad now.

i feel your pain. I worked at cc for almost 3 years, and my store was like a family. I even got another job but it still tears me up that the job that i loved, and the people i got so close to were taken from me. We still hang out but its not the same. I am genuinely sad that cc is gone.

Ive left Best Buy to take a 9 to 5 at a bank. I worked at BBY for over 2yrs.. and yes I still have 8 Blue Shirts and 1 Pink Beast Cancer Awerness Shirt from BBY. BBY corporate has some pretty neat ideas, wouldnt mind working for them.
I understand what ur going through that day was the most horrible day ever for all of us Ccity employees! We are like famliy here at my store in Roanoke Va!!! We got ours brand new with 3 miles on it. When I got layed off it had just under 6k mille on it and I already had gone through a set of tires a damaged rim and brakes were going out.
That HHR took a beating !!! Every day!!!
AHHH YES! So we weren’t the only ones. I had our Scion on 3 wheels, sideways, reverse 180′s you name it, we beat the shit out of it, especially once we knew we were done…
