Ha meg nem érti, akkor hallgasson, hallgasson, hallgasson. Pl. Weather Reportot.

  4. Ma temettük az Ő kedvencét, imádta a Weather Reportot, majd ott fent is szeretni fogja.Ez volt a kedvence….

  5. Ilyen zene csak ritkán jut

  6. I think : all people are anderstanding that music
Azt hiszem, ezt a zenét mindenki érti4

  7. Superb music.

  8. these guys where so electric but jazzy at the same time. best fusion jazz band ever

  9. I was at the Hammersmith Odeon London when WR played there and it was life changing…they spread powder on the stage for Jaco to stamp his feet,,,smoke rising to a finale……………and then the train……..WOWOWOW!!!
    I get bumps everytime I hear this………….Thanks

  10. jooo ist das geil hab alle scheiben beste musik und beste musiker gibts nie und nimmer!!

  11. Slow down the high speed voice at the start of this piece (1:10 onwards). I think it`s Islamic. Very, very beautiful. Don`t know where Zawinul got the original tape from.

  12. You don’t have to…
I just bouth new turntable a month ago,
    nothing can beat vinyl sound.IMHO

  13. I had this album…and Sweetnighter…great stuff.

  14. Es gibt definitiv nichts besseres.

  15. Listened to this through LP, MC, CD and now you tube, still sounds from another planet.4 guys!!

  16. When I was in the navy,I would think of this piece whenever I had to do the mile and a half run.Especially the part where Jaco executes that arm burning bass run at 4:06.

  17. who did the art for this pic?

  18. Damn…just thought about changing my old LP’s to CD’s…
Well I guess I’l have to buy a new LP player then ;-)
Saw them first time on „Rockpallast“, was sold immediately.
    Best free Jazz ever.

  19. Hey Hey Hey — Great to read such nice comments about Sweetnighter – a really great record. Haven’t heard it in years, it never made the transition from LP to CD. Gonna have to buy it I guess. I’m thinking there is a really outstanding piece by Miroslav on there… Also, I believe this was the end of the „recorded“ road with WR for that wonderful player…

  20. That’s my favorite album by them also.

  21. Boogie Woogie Waltz comes from the tremendous „Sweet Nighter“ which I believe is their best. Check out the track „125 Street Congress“ without question the best groove they ever laid down and Wayne Shorter just blows amazing. I never thought of Zawinul as a soloist in the classic style, and on that track he delivers this a mix of wah wah pedeled electric paino chords that’s just incredible.

Saludos!

  23. I have to agree with Frank . . . Sublime! Brilliant!! Especially when you realise this is LIVE!!

  24. Well, the video on this doesn’t seem to be around on this site, but the sound on this 8:30 recording of Badia Woogie Woogie Waltz is simply phenomenal – particularly that final wind up at the end, with the freight train, et al – an absolutely superb art/fusion piece of glory and energy – WOW!!!
    Beautiful
