430 bucks? I have a sony vaio which I got NEW at Best Buy for 299 bucks, I am running google chrome perfectly fine and I can use it for all the other windows software. The chromebook is useless

I’m thinking of getting one of these to replace my wife’s aging windows laptop. She does only two things on her laptop; she surfs the web and writes books in MS Word. I have to do all of the maintenance, security, and updating. As I watched the video it became clear that not only is the netbook very secure but that it would help me secure my network. The weakest link a home network is those family members who will not learn to be safe and secure. Thanks for the video!
@Grandorlol Technically thinking of it as a netbook is the only way you can because all it is, is a Chrome browser.

, When I started Grade 11 I needed a laptop quick and I started saving up to buy an HP because I wanted the max specs, i7, 8gb RAM and all that whatnot, but then I thought about it…. Why do I need these specs. I will just need to surf the web with this and finish homework… I can play games and use photoshop on my PC so why buy another laptop that can do the same things

I know, I know. This is my second comment. But anyways, a quad-core phone?!? Slow down there. I honestly doubt we will be seeing quad-core mobile devices for quie a long while. Just look at how long it took to get to the dual-core phase.
