5 days on the MLS and we got full price for the house. Craigslist got us some action, but the MLS did the trick. We close in August (the day before Bunni’s birthday – he’ll be 28, again). So Bunni will be living fulltime in Raleigh sometime in September. He has some obligations at work, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for all of your well wishes guys! 7/12/2008
