Selena Gomez’s alleged stalker just entered a not guilty plea in LA County Court — but based on the hilarious footage … guy seemed more concerned with making wacky faces behind his lawyer’s back.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Edmund Clarke Jr. dismissed the case against Thomas Brodnicki, her stalker!!! How disgusting. He must be as insane as Brodnicki and must be held accountable if anything happens to Gomez and her loved ones. How many other stalkers has he let walk? How long will it take for people to take the crime of stalking seriously? It doesn’t matter whether you are a celebrity or not, stalking a human being is criminal. It is time for true JUSTICE folks.

@AnotherNutJob Wrong toadstool..Alcohol was made illegal and seeling it to anyone was illegal. They, at that time didn’t stipulate an age limit. They made an item illegal. She can be as amaerican as she wants to be. It’s still fucking sick that this guy is stalking a young girl. There is what? A 30 yr age difference between them? @AnotherNutJob She is still a freaking kid. I showed this video to the parents and kids I teach in my self defense classes. Each one had the same reaction, „Why is this freak going after a child?“ If you are an adult , then it should not be illegal for you to buy alcohol, you are still viewed as a child then. You can go to war, vote and drive but not buy a drink? Here 19 is legal for drinking and being considered an adult. Only then are you allowed to carry on your life without parental consent

@andystruth If I had a 19 year old daughter I would try to give her advice on men/dating etc but ultimately if she is an adult who she dates is her decision and I would respect that even if she wanted to date a 120 year old. When President Reagan signed the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984, it became Illegal for ADULTS between the ages 18-20 to buy alcohol.
