Classic Game Room – Anthony Daniels, C-3PO interview part 2

Part 2 of 2. Classic Game Room interviews Anthony Daniels, the actor who plays C-3PO in all six Star Wars films who is a visiting professor at Carnegie Mellon Entertainment Technology Center. CGR talkes about STAR WARS, the C-3PO suit and teaching at Carnegie Mellon University with Anthony Daniels at CMU Entertainment Technology Center in Pittsburgh, PA. At the ETC you can earn a degree in entertainment technology which prepares for a career in video game design, videogame programming, theme park design, interactive entertainment and movies and special effects. Who better to learn from than C-3PO?? Students from Carnegie Mellon have graduated to work in game companies that have produced games like Halo and Sims. Work hard and this is where you go to learn to program and design for Playstation 3 PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo, Disney, Pixar and other big entertainment companies. The Force FTW.

  9. Insanely jealous but happy to see you meet with the not only the voice of C-3PO but to have had the honour of spending such time with a great guy. Great to see some actors not shy away from the fact that they were/ are a part of something special!

  10. @CoolHatMan100

I think almost everyone who grew up with the old three movies feels that way.

  11. There’s something about an old man talking about Twitter…

  12. @filmidioten Upper class English? Hahaha. No. There is a difference between having personality and just being obnoxious and vain. What I say of him is based on his body language, speech and what his co-star, Kenny Baker, remembers of him. The man is infamous for being pompous, alot like his character, and he certainly acts that way too.

  13. @LewisLongshanks Have you met him and talked to him in person, or do you base this on hearsay, or can’t you distinguish between the „upper class English“-accent and actual personality?

  14. Lol anthony daniels totally burned star wars episode 1

  15. I really like this guy…. some of the other actors who stared in SW movies don’t even want to talk about them…. like they are ashamed or something … wtf?
