@Rockguitarnow What I mean is, the CIA mind control program was bogus. It mostly turned out the chief psychiatrists involved were sexually molesting children at these research facilities. They were using the program as a cover, since it is such a confusing topic.

I was one of their victims when I was ( 7 ) . There is a rare photo from Walter Reed of me with electrodes attached to my forehead . I am one of a handful of children that survived the mind control horror ….most of them died . The Government denied ever experimenting on children . i think alot of this is a simple fix… get speed limits imposed on microwave processing speeds in north america for starters and move into the more secure 10bit computing world… no more remote watching for a while anyways…
