This is 2009 signage from I-80 east of the I-15 / SR-201 interchange. For some reason, series E was used rather than E(M). Doesn’t look too good for street and destination names, to be honest. Also note the extra-ordinary (but not extraordinary) outline US-89 shield.
One can see this same view in 1971 right here. Of course, US-91 has gone by the wayside. And Los Angeles has been replaced with Las Vegas as a control city.
