OtterBox Defender Case Evo 3D Hands on Review
Hands on review for the OtterBox Defender Evo 3D case. check out my review over at the XDA forum for more pics and details. forum.xda-developers.com Otterbox was denying that this case even existed and that the case was a knockoff, and that they were not even sure if they were going to release a line for the EVO 3D. But the next day Otterbox released a statement confirming they had indeed made a defender case for this phone and that they had „accidentally“ shipped 25 of the defenders to a retailer that in turn sold them on ebay.

@oceanxl when I made this video the EVO 3D was not even out yet. And Otter Box was not even confirming they were making the defender case yet, I had acquired an otter box that was leaked via a merchant on eBay. So I had to just feature the case. after receiving the phone I determined that the defender case was too big for my tastes so I sold it. The EVO 3d is a nice phone but I’m moving on to the Samsung galaxy S II 4g touch. But im going to wait for the new GOOGLE NEXUS „PRIME“ to release
Would be nice for someone to show how to take it off the phone. lol. Overall gj tho

The box is great but i do notice that my picture quality is reduced by the clear screen protector.

I really wanted max protection for the lense. This case allows me a piece of mind. Well the money.

I got a commuter for my EVO 3D, the defender just felt extremely weird, compaired to the EVO 4G version. I’m holding out for the Ballistic HC, when it cones to hardcore protection, it has a kickstand on it BTW (;
CM015752 on amazon is nicer
hu the hell designs these cases. YES, they are durable, YES, they will keep my phone safe, but why the hell has it got to be so fucking ugly?

I looked at this case when i bought my 3vo and it is definately thick and bulky for normal carry. I like the size of the phone and with this case not only masking the beauty of the device but also layering the screen and camera lanses with more plastic screen protector and port holes, i just simply had to go with the Platinum Series – Hard Case with Holster from bestbuy. It doesnt have a kickstand but u just turn the phone around in the case and rotate the holster clip and thats your kickstand
