    im 64.8% water weight, thats right below the healthy zone, which is 65%, what can i do to lose this water stored inn my body??

    Scott, this actually is the most informative videos I have seen. Most videos have told me to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. But, I drink mostly from bottles and its more convenient for me to know how many total fluid oz. I need to drink.

    correct water has no taste, however tap water and bottled water does, because of cleaning processes. If you drink pure water it will have no taste
