Circuit City commercial from around June 1998, when they will still selling appliances. In 2000, appliances were discontinued chain-wide, likely because of competition of Sears, and the big-box hardware stores, which were now adding appliance departments.

Hey…Thanks Dude…. yeah the store they all look alike…all the signs are in spanish and english so thats cool…
Nice tribute. I like how the whole store was in Spanish, yet it looks exactly the same as ours, lol.
@MattTheSaiyan It is for me… I was born in 92′ and 97′-99′ are the only years i really remember, considering i was only 6 years old when this commercial came out, lol.
Proved to be a big mistake the removal of the appliance section as they did it right before the housing boom. Best Buy, sears etc, sales soared during this time period.
Almost nostalgic (VCR!!) but not quite. Probably will be in 2 or 3 years. Very close to being nostalgic, but not quite there yet. Still something of an achievement considering 1998 wasn’t exactly the most memorable year of the 1990s…but at least it was better than 1999!!
