Well, I ordered some medium format film rolls for my Rolleiflex 6008 at a german online shop called Foto Impex. So, I’m good to go and start the spring in medium format photography.

6-9-10 Grandma Jo’s Potato Salad

(160.365) One of my favorite recipes to make — which also happens to be one of the most involved recipes to make — is my Grandma Jo’s Potato salad.
I asked her for the recipe years ago but I can’t remember ever making it until after she started to get sick and couldn’t make it to the summer family get-togethers. Since she passed away it’s now my job to make and bring it to the warm-month gatherings…so that means boiling an enormous sack of potatoes and 14 (yes 14) eggs, always keeping one for garnish.
Oh I just miss her so much.
