a 17 year’s old view on tv show character. Believe me kid, there are many drivers who are faster than some tv show character, but until you grow up it’s probably ok to think there are gods and mythical creatures.

  2. Show me the car fax!!

  3. @almostfriends86 you are right. I noticed this and it was strange. this difference can account for 3 or 4 seconds !!! nissan is cheating!!!

  4. @evoredline Thats how every lap is timed. Corvette ZR1, Viper ACR, Lexus LF-A, 2012 GT-R were timed at the same start/finish lines you see in this video.

  5. I’m sure that The Stig of Top Gear is faster than this driver…

  6. @WoREoD Not to mention, also the Viper ACR SRT that did the Ring in 7:12, also started at the start point, and „ended“ almost like the GTR!

  7. awesome car!!!

  8. If i was inside the car i would freak out if i saw the pilot doing that as in the 5:20 (video) or 5:00 race time with the wheels

  9. @Novantii Who really cares what the chicks think…..all they would be at that point are gold diggers, which are actually just a little smarter than prostitutes. And if you really want to get into the finances, youd economically be smarter buying the GT-R when it comes to price and performance over your highly priced and or over powered vehicles of choice. One question, have you ever driven ANY of the cars mentioned in your dissertation? I would guess no from being so naive.

  10. @KAGMVP7 In regards to your comments about the American cars, and the end part about sucking….something. How old are you, 13 years? Grow Up.

  11. Start line and finish line are in different positions!!!

  12. @mrpotsworth1 ok well done to a fast game time but remember its a game not real life you dont die if you spin off and crash into a concrete wall

  13. ohhhh my father

  14. What a car!

  15. people dont realize when they compare this to supercars and hyper cars…this is an everyday driver…not a garaged trophy piece

  16. if only this was manual

  17. All industry timed laps are times to the same points so that entry and exit to the pits are not timed. This includes the new Lexus LFA lap of 7:14.
Tourist laps are timed completely differently are are referred to as Bridge to Gantry (B2G) times.
See wikipedia if you want to understand!

  18. THE LAP IS SHORT !! They used a different start/finish line. They start the clock at the end of the pit lane the then stop time at the beginning of the pit lane. Thats about a five second difference.

  19. everybody shut the fuck up!!!you expert everywhere on this page, you sorry ass fanboys, you gotta consider many things about cars not just this or that blah blah blah this car is great specially for this track but dont say its way better than this or that because the rest of the cars are pretty great too.10 years ago people would aprecciate 300hp machines, but now its all about the numbers which doestnt make it better it just puts the car in a different class.

  20. The gtr is probably the best ALLROUNDER car but it is not the best

  21. Its also regarded as one of the top 10 cars in the world and in essence its only a production car from Nissan. when comparing it with supercars with 40 to 60 of history

  22. considering that the gtr just has a 3.8 litre V6 and its quite heavy at 1800kg ( ie an extra 100kg for its 4wd system etc ) it is a remarkable achievement for a japanese car company considering the history and pedigree of the cars that its competing against.
19 years ago it was banned from the bathhurst race in australia by rule changes to suit the local cars because it embrassed the predominantely american v8 powered australian cars in that race.

  23. @TheMatpakk No, the Veyron is(in my opinion) a supercar as it’s power to weight ratio is higher then the GT-R. The GT-R power to weight ratio is to low to be considered a supercars. That’s just my opinion. Though I can understand people saying I’m wrong but I truly think that besides power, you need to consider the weight of the car too for it to be deemed a ‘supercar’. Just don’t twist my words and believe I think something like a Golf III with 500BHP automaticly is considered a supercar :P

  24. @Psydrre so you wouldn’t categorise a veyron as a supercar then? its hevier that the gt-r

  25. the gear changes are soo fast.
