The ‘Immortal’ album has reveived mixed reviews and even weaker sales than MJs last album ‘Michael’. MJs new album only sold 45,000 copies in its first week of release in USA and made No 24 on the charts.
It did even worse in the UK where it made No 65. The album is not even in the Itunes top 100 albums. MJs sales have returned to the pre-death sales. Unlike the Beatles and Elvis, MJs record sales after death are not outstanding.

@vreneeh25 – hi, I saw the show on Nov 1. it was amazing. I bought a program, a t shirt and several key chains. Bring lots of money, as someone told me. T shirts are $40-50+, depending on which one you buy. Some parts made me cry, but it was an amazing show, was glad that I went to it. Hope you enjoy it, if you go! No holograms there, but you feel his presence there.

Is the immortal album a remix of his material. Or is it new music on it as well Im going to get a copy. Just want to know if there is any new music on it
The ‘Immortal’ album only made No 65 on the UK charts last week. And the music industry reports that it only sold 45, 000 copies in the USA in its first week of release.
This album could be a bigger failure than ‘Michael’ which failed to make No1 despite all the hype and which only sold 1.5 million globally.
The reviews for ‘Immortal’ have been as mixed as the reviews for ‘Michael’. It would seem that MJ belongs to his time – the 1970′s/80s.
