Open up latest version of iTunes. 3. Make sure your iPod touch is on SpringBoard! Connect it 4. When you see it in your iTunes, go to it 5. Hold Shift+Restore on windows, Command+restore on mac 6. Choose the iPod Touch 2G 3.1.2 firmware!! 7. Let it’s do it’s thing. 8.
