I remember when they were going around telling people to watch out for anyone that might have recently been in Mexico… It was a clever dehumanization tactic and spread more fear about Mexico and Mexicans and probably to make people stop vacationing in Mexico so that they stop spending money where it’s appreciated, gets you good treatment, and goes further than in the U.S. I’ll never forget everyones fucking rude comments about my sniffles that year.

@stuehrenberg Right. Vaccinations are all just a scam for profit. By the way, have you ever actually seen a child suffering from pertussis? Or polio? Or any number of other illnesses that used to be super common and terrible to contract, but fairly rare now, in developed countries that vaccinate?
Ignorant comments like yours have caused an increase in disease in recent years. I agree that these adverts are falsely alarmist, but bashing vaccination on the whole is even more irresponsible.
vaccination is a wonder fuil way to earn lots of money for the pharmaceutical industrie. Don´t be fooled by them.
