   Banking at National City is like a frigate-bird flying over the ocean. All is fine unless you hit the water.

   I hope you get out of your situation. It’s awful how National City sets their customers up for financial ruin weather a late payment or deposit/charge orders to get as many overdraft fees as possible. Also if you have an account that is considered inactive they will take the money and you cannot get it back. I’m now at a credit union and my money is like a duck on water.

   and i understand ur situation and i believe you, but they get to many calls to believe everyone and feel sorry for everyone.

   im not trying to be mean or anything..

   but you have to realize that they get thousands of calls and 75% of them are calling people crying and telling their „stories“ and hope that NNC will feel sorry for them and do what ever they ask for/ realize that 95% of those people are lying to get what they want

   Well I would hope they care.
   But you are right, they think they own us. And they do until we pay them off and never use them again which is exactly what we are in the process of doing. But such a high interest rate makes it almost impossible to pay off.
   One payment at a time.
