Dogfish Head. The first of five US micros sent by ericschoon. This one accompanied the soccer game on Saturday. The game didn’t end in our favor so luckily we had these beer. We tried two, three to go. This was a very interesting and good IPA. Strong – 9% – and IBU of 90, but that didn’t actually seem that bitter due to the heavy body, and high sweetness (or was that the alcohol?).
