You have to admit this is one of Katy’s best live performance
the dress is easily fixed- either get rid of the light pink sleeves, or the high neckline. it’s then either a halter or a low-cut 40′s styled dress, both which would have looked hot on Katy.
i liked the colour of the hair, just a less… ‘tall’ do- maybe betty bangs?
