How to setup PdaNet to tether your iPhones internet connection
Quick tutorial on how to us your iPhone’s internet connection to share with a computer/Laptop with a jailbroken iPhone 1. Create a Computer to Computer (Ad-Hoc) Network Connection 2. Download PDANet from cydia installer 3. Connect your pc to the iPhone’s network (go to View available wireless networks) 4. Now go to settings on your iphone and go to wifi. The Network named iPhone should appear, connect to it. 5. Now start the PdaNET program on your iPhone and give it a min or two to connect ( my first time connecting the iphone said „Failed connection“ or something like that, don’t worry just reatart the PdaNet program and it should connect). Upon successfull connection, you should see a stat window on your iphone showing you activity

This is perfect, great and verrrrryyyyy easy!!!! I hooked it up right away but it was just extremely slow. It’s great to know though that I can tether from my iPhone. I’m just scared that it may cost so I stopped it. Is it free?

When you created a connection, Did you make sure it was ad-hoc? I forget myself sometimes, otherwise it should be straight forward of a process

All you have to do is learn how to create a Ad-Hoc connection (computer to computer). With any operating system it should work, so long as you have the PdaNet running on the iphone and a ad-hoc connection, sorry for the delayed response
