  1. Props to you.. But you should dice one plump tomato and put two plump tomatos in the blender.. Instead of canned chilis cut up and dice one or two raw jalapenos… Add diced Cilantro. MIX WELL and your GOLDEN…

  5. you forgot to tell us it’s better we keep the seed in contact with the guacamole to prevent decay.

  6. needs some chopped cilantro, chopped jalapeño or serrano chilis, and some lime juice.

  7. @georgiabigfoot you leave the avocado pits in the guacamole to prevent it from going black. (allegedly).

  12. @Crossmenageout just add them to bowl it makes the guacamole look fresh and green longer its weird but without them the dip gets almost a black cover

  13. ah im back now days i add some lime juice and „celantro “ „not sure of the english name of the herb “ koriander in norwegian „….its just get better and better :)

  22. @DoTheMexican they used canned because it makes it easier…..

  23. Mexicans don´t use canned chiles, we use fresh serranos.

  24. Like it has been said before, Guacamole traditionally contains lemon/lime juice. Which really brings out the mexican flavour. I recommend using it to preserve freshness (oxidization leading to brownness) as well.
