@KowaH84 He says his rosary is for Father Scully at Notre Dame University.
This guys are the bosses of my religion .
Just saw them cap off their 360 Tour in Moncton with a great rendition of this song. Crazy concert!

How long to sing this song ? till the end of the world and one day longer

Puso Un Cantico Nuevo en Mi vida ….. Gracis por Rescatarme mi Jesus!!
Adam and Edge rules in this song
larry mullen jr best drummer on the world
What a gift these guys have been to the world- I hope they try to remember that at every performance- I’ve see a few where they seem to forget the brilliance of their artistry- but it always is a good chance it’s someones first U2 concert- don’t become the Stones- stay U2….I know they have the best chance….
Adma’s maybe not the best bass player in the world. But he belongs to this instrument. He’s personnality, he’s look perfectly fit with it. He is the “ rocker “ of the band after all. And the bass is for that kind of guy
So Adam Clayton is the only bassist of the band !
I see they’re carrying on their tradition of switching bass and guitar for this song. Excellent song.
Thank you my Christian brothers (U2) xxx
i wish that time come back…im so young in this time,,,im5 years old..im born in 1979…but this is u2 people,,the band change the world of music,,,but no im 32 years and u2 change ever,,,u2 u2 u2 not die
Psalms 98:8 Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy;~~U2 may not have been singing in spirit but the writer of this rock song had to be thinking of God, who is good. He loves us and helps us if we ask him to.
I wish i were alive back then, so i could have seen them in concert how they were. Now they rarely play their old beautiful classics such as this.
@wildsmiley i also am a unbeliever .but still enjoy music like this.
@joeyrocks2207 yes, 1984. They only had 3 albums under their belt at this point but U2 was already enormous, or at least it seems so watching this.
I’m surprised I like this song so much, considering I’m an atheist. Must be the groovy sweetness of it…
love the red rocks concert videos!
@somethingslipped They aren’t Catholic. They were saved at an Assembly of God ten meeting at age 14.
My friend posted Psalm 40 this morning..thanks for the reminder!
@Ghostdog357-Excellent-I had this video of red rocks back then and as ya do-loaned it out…Party Girl is awesome-The very best of u2 before Bono morphed into Ghandi/God/Geldof-Nice One

Psalm 40- my favorite.
Seattle… may 26 1983. fucking awesome
It was one of my greatest moments in life singing along with this live!!
Truly inspired, and like others, I was moved by this song as a teenager in the 80s, at a time when I knew nothing of the psalms. Still fantastic after all these years. I hope and pray that U2, and particularly Bono, will sse and hear this and be touched by the Living God who inspired this song all those years ago
I saw this show in 82 at the Aragon in Chicago. Unbelievable, they will never be that same band again. Sad.
saw them in toronto ?83. chorus (how long…) was still going strong on subway to outskirts of TO about an hour later. never forget being part of it. anyone else remember that?
Ive got the Red Rocks video
