I chose this shot for today because it is day 160 and in this shot it looks like i am kind of looking down below, or looking off into the distance. Either way, its pretty fitting.

All of these shots were taken with my bday tripod and camera remote! Raven is such a natural with the remote! I will have to upload some of the shots she took today onto ther flickr account (ravenisawesome).But all of these that are uploaded were taken by me.
I had a little trouble understanding the timing of the remote. (if as soon as you click it, the picture is taken, or is it when the light is on?) But eventually i think i got it.

It was a little windy, so I had Raven stand by the tripod for some of the shots. I think I will have to get little sandbags or some kind of light and portable weight for my tripod.

Something terrible happened today!! They cut down a 3 story high christmas tree that was right outside our condo! It was so sad seeing all the branches cut off and I can’t even bear to look at the empty space where it used to be. The only reason they cut it down was because "it was never supposed to be here. planted forever ago for christmas one year." Ugh…i hate tree killers!!! The tree was just here for SO long (you don’t get to be 3 stories tall overnight) and it was a part of my everyday life. I am a very big tree hugger.

Ok, end rant. Hope you guys don’t mind the skate boarding pictures I had to upload. I think I am finally getting the timing down for the tricks.
