This is a really rustic Guacamole Recipe that I whipped up for some huevos rancheros I had for breakfast. Equally good with nachos or for a BBQ and you can pimp it with as little or as much Tabasco as you dare ! Que aproveche ! ***for more recipes and a bit of banter about food and life check out my blog at www.dinnerwithpatrick.com ***

  24. I like adding a little cumin (not ground) into the quacamole and then letting it chill for about 20 min. for all the flavors to marinade. It gives it a distinctive flavor, but good!
