  1. @fazzel100 Get ATI Tray Tools and over clock this card to 750/900 @0,955V. It’s about 25-30% FPS increase. The 6750M is a real nice graphics card for over clocking. Only annoying is the loud fan of my MBP. I throttled the CPU to 1,1 GHz in SWTOR (before: 85C° on 6200RPM / after: 70C° on 3500RPM) but costs half of FPS (40-50 instead of 80-100 without AA/Shadows) but i have a silent MBP.

  2. @EllDay89 how did you get the 11.10 drivers to install? I go to AMD and when I try to install it it says there isn’t a proper graphics adapter.

    I have a 2011 2.2 17″ mbp hd6750m
    8gb ram…..
    thanks!

  3. @aznsupageek
bootcamp with win7 doesn’t use hd3000 at all, it only utilizes the hd radeon card for some reason. Apple was unable to make the drivers work that way.

  4. Awesome I just ordered that computer cant wait tell I can play battelfield 3!

  5. @tcub88 if you could like do a tutorial on that, i think u will help a lot of people :) thank you very much!!

  6. I’m getting a lot of questions about drivers and stuff. The only thing i Updated is Bootcamp and I changed my engergy settings tot high peformance.

  7. where do i get the drivers for the 2,0ghz? Which settings do you use??

  8. Do you know if the automatic graphics switching works when running Windows? Also, how hot did your computer get?

  9. @alancik123 Yeah, we all known games is more important than works.

  10. @aznsupageek The blue flashing is a bug (beta)

  11. Thanks for the video, but what was with the blue flashing?

    P.S. You’re a terrible driver.

  12. @iphoneticker if you don’t know already its ATI catalyst control center. just go there site. hope this helps.

  13. @alancik123 haha i can’t its like 3 years old lawl

  14. i wish i have waited 2 month … now i have the older version of this mbp and cant play it -.-

  15. @alancik123 Ummm…. You DO know that Photoshop was made for Mac first, right? So what comes from Adobe is definitely for Mac. Windows has Photoshop, too, but it also has all the knock-off programs like Gimp and Paint.net. Whatever Mac has is authentic, though being in a very limited amount. In terms of games, Mac users can only play whatever developers allow them to, but the number of games is growing and cross-platform ability is what makes Mac games even more worth buying.

  16. @immatoll alright man, thanks a lot, im beggining to download BF3 :)

  17. @VideoDJTimmy I think it will run somehow. I just have an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 (2,2 Ghz) and an Geforce 8700M GT and I can play the most of modern games (somehow – only the witcher 2 is unplayable). I just hope my MBPro will survive the 4 years like my beloved toshiba satego x200-21d. :)

  18. @immatoll thank you, and I did buy my macbook pro in march 2011.
i mean i could play crysis 2 (ported) with a 800X600 resolution with 35 fps, so i hope it might run battlefield 3 but on the very low settings, except if i overclock it. (dont think it will work, it will melt)
oh well, thanks a lot, ill give it a shot.
btw at home i have a really crappy desktop with GT 330M, and i had to run BF3 windowed with lowest setting to get at least 30-35 fps lolz. even though it has like 8gigs of RAM.

  19. @waytomuchsparetime Make vid then. lol

  20. @VideoDJTimmy Geforce GT 330M is NOT the early 2011 version. Don’t expect too much but the GPU is a bit faster than the Early 2011. I just have a comparison from Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (med.
1366×768 medium, HBAO off 1xAA 1xAF): 27 FPS (vs. 55 FPS to the Late MBP 15). The results of the AMD Radeon HD 6750M say BF3 (low 1024×768 low -AA 2xAF) will be playable at 35 FPS. Pretty sure it will be hard to play with a GT 330M. Check NotebookcheckDOTcom (GPU Gaming List)

  21. @mobius1aic We will see but you can check it on notebookcheckDOTcom. They tested both GPU with some different Notebooks (not only Apple): Crisis 1 (med. 1024×768 Medium 0xAA 0xAF) 31 FPS vs 67 FPS. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (high 1366×768 high, HBAO on 1xAA 4xAF): 20 FPS vs 37 FPS. But overall: I think i will feel any Speedincrease cause of my 4 year old Geforce 8700M GT. :D

  22. Can Battlefield run on my MB pro 15“? Please help!

    It is early 2011.

    2.4 GHZ Core I5
    4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M
    256 МБ
    1440 x 900

    please please please help me!

and what setting will you recommend?

  23. @alancik123 I bought my mac with cash, you jelly?

  24. @immatoll That FPS gain is probably a result of OpenGL optimization that OpenGL badly needs. For real time rendering DX is well ahead in performance and features. Not to say OpenGL is impractical, but that the time and energy invested into DX has made it a superior API for realtime 3D graphics. I would like to see a test with a game in Windows via Bootcamp using DX for both versions you specify, that would probably yield a more accurate real result. Crysis would be good.

  25. @Lovv3liness Having PC’s like 6 years, still no blue screen. Well i guess you having fun with that fake photoshop called illustrator. You will never feel full picture editing without Adobe Photoshop. That’s even funny you call those apple apps photoshop. Gaming? On MAC? Have fun playing asphalt or whatever bestseller copy games app store has. All mac users who want to play games gets programs to play on W7 lol. Don’t talk if you don’t know apple fan boy. And i bought my laptop with my cash. ;)
