Part of Sol Kogen’s artist community on Carl Street. The original window locations still exist on this 1887 house, even with the somewhat severe facade. Kogen installed a line of terra-cotta glazed sculptures and tiles on this building that had been replicated from Edgar Miller’s designs.

These beauties grow wild along both sides of the road not far from my home. I’ve anticipated these blooming for about a month now. Over the last couple of days they did. This is the natural light at 10 in the morning, sooc. Press "L".
