Why BOTH /watch?v=JUeFg7B3IZw (from SpinninRec channel) and THIS ONE from KONTOR channel claim BOTH to be te OFFICIAL VIDEO ?… anyway this one looks ugly with that people dancing like idiots, it seems they’re dancing VALS, NOT DISCO
@thesebbo barbra streisand inspired by this?
Stars on 45 always have a special place in my -3 and soul.
A decent enough mix but I still crave the classic.
Wish they’d release Stars on long play 1,2 and 3 on CD already instead of all the weird remixes out there.
Thumbs up if Avicii Brought you here!
Barbra Streisand’s version of the ’80s
Stars on 45 remind me of more carefree days of wasted youth.
I guess those of us who jammed to it are 45 ourselves now (or close enough)
i love this part: 1:04
Evertime I hear Woohoowoohoowoohowoo after that I wanna scream: BARBARA STREISSAND!!
This song can save every bummer you’ll ever make as a DJ.
GLOBAL DEEJAYS – STARS ON 45 BETTER !!!!!!!!
Most of the people that used to jam to this song are now about 45 years of age.
they’re dancing cha cha cha. wow i like it.
This music video is such a throwback to those weird, old music videos they would play over and over on VH1 and MTV in the late 80′s/early 90′s because everyone loved their oddness. (Groove Is In The Heart anyone? xD )
it’s be better if it said 69 insted of 45
♪ You can boggie, like disco, love that disco sound. Move up, your body, spinning round and round ♪
what she said after „that’s right that’s right“ at 0:56, „you got a… ,you got a…“?
THE STARS ON 45 KEEP ON TURNING IN YOUR MIND
LIKE „WE CAN WORK IT OUT“
REMEMBER „TWIST AND SHOUT“
YOU STILL „DON’T TELL ME WHY“ AND „NO REPLY-Y-Y-Y“!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
viva los 80′s

Fantastic!
Today, July 9, 2011 is the 30th anniversary of this song. After disco was in it’s dying days (by which time we had enough of disco) this compilation was made with a disco theme, using studio musicians. In Australia it was at #1 for two months (with it being at #2 for one week in between those two months. It still sounds good today, even though I haven’t heard it for many years.
