Sister Avro ship HB-IXV passed by our remote boarding site. Swiss’ colours are really striking in the sun.

*Airplanes 101* (See Airplanes 101 Set)
Name: Bae-146-300/RJ100/RJX100
Manufacturer: British Aerospace/Avro (UK)
Main Role: medium capacity medium range regional jetliner
Basic design: Four engined single aisle narrow body regional Jet.
Capacity: Roughly 100 passengers
Range: 3000km
First delivery date: 1988
Still in production in 2006: No
Easily confused for: other variants of the RJ/Bae-146 series. With it’s top of fuselage mounted wings the only other jet aircraft similar are military so this is a very easily identifiable civilian airliner. The only trouble is defining the model.
Main identifying points: The most obvious identifyer are the wings being mounted on top of the fuselage instead of underneath. Also the fact such a small jet has four engines. Add to it the very distinctive nose cose, cockpit windown and T-Tail and you have a very unique looking aircraft. These are still seen worldwide but as fuel costs go up they are increasingly a rare site. The -100 series just has a longer fuselage.
Examples of Main Operators: Northwest, Air France, Swiss Air Lines

Project 365 Day 100.

It is day 100 of the year, and no, I haven’t kept up with this fully. Part due to snowmageddon keeping me indoors. Part due to lack of motivation and a failing sense of loss in this project. Part due to accessorycircuit.com taking two months to ship me my flash. I also bought a new point and shoot that I absolutely LOVE. I don’t feel that all of my photos for this need to be taken with my DSLR.

So, here it is. I’m glad I didn’t completely give up. (Yes, there really is 100 pennies here.)

Thanks for looking! It means a lot! :)

LARGE On Black! See it in detail! Or even the Orginal so you can really see each image. I put loads of work into this, so please?

Yay! 100! And I haven’t missed a day.

Didn’t use a special program for this collage, did it all myself (in photoshop). There is actually only 97 images there, because days 26 and 78 were both videos.

Background is a texture of mine I’ll upload sometime later.

p.s. OMG WOW! Look at this!
